Prism Detailing Co. ("Prism," "we," "us") provides mobile car detailing services in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using our website, booking form, or submitting a lead/contact form, you agree to this policy.

We collect information you provide directly when you book a service, request a quote, or submit a form (on our website or through a Meta/Facebook lead form), including:
- Name, phone number, and email address
- Service address and ZIP code
- Vehicle information (size/type) and the services or add-ons you select
- Preferred date/time and any notes you provide
We may also collect basic usage data (such as pages visited) through standard analytics and advertising tools, including the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics, to measure and improve our marketing.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To schedule, confirm, and provide your detailing service
- To contact you about your booking, including confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups
- To respond to inquiries and leads, typically within a short time of your submission
- To improve our services and marketing
3. SMS / Text Messaging Consent & Opt-Out
When you separately check the optional SMS consent box on our booking form, you consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages from Prism Detailing Co. at (844) 950-0876 about booking confirmations, appointment reminders, service follow-ups, and occasional offers. Simply providing a phone number does not enroll you in marketing texts.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts will not affect your ability to book by phone or email.
Consent is not a condition of purchase or booking. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing. The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate, such as: messaging (Twilio), scheduling and data storage (Google), workflow automation (Make.com), and form/booking tools. These providers may only use your information to perform services for us.
5. Data Retention
We keep your information as long as needed to provide services and for reasonable business and legal purposes. You may request deletion at any time (see Contact).
6. Your Choices & Rights
- Opt out of texts by replying STOP
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information
- Ask us not to use your information for marketing
7. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
